How do I secure a booking?
A minimum deposit of £250 per week (or part week) is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and deducted from the total hire cost.
When is the full balance due?
Full payment must be made at least 30 days before your vehicle collection date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by debit card or bank transfer only. We do not accept credit cards or cash.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a minimum £1000 refundable security deposit is required upon collection. ]
Who can drive the motorhome?
Only drivers named on the booking are permitted to drive the vehicle.
What are the driver requirements?
Can I add additional drivers?
Yes, up to two additional drivers can be added for an extra £10 per day per driver.
Can I travel abroad?
Yes, but you must inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges apply and documentation (VE103R) is required.
Is there a mileage limit?
UK: Unlimited mileage
Europe: Maximum 2000 miles (additional miles charged at £1 per mile)
Do I need to declare my travel plans?
Yes. All destinations, events or festivals must be disclosed when booking. Failure to do so may result in loss of your security deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 4 weeks before hire: deposit is forfeited
Within 4 weeks or no-show: deposit and all hire charges paid are forfeited
Should I take out travel insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommend that you arrange your own travel insurance.
What time do I return the vehicle?
Vehicles must be returned by 3pm on the final day of hire.
What happens if I return late?
Late returns are charged at £50 per hour (or part hour).
Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning it?
Yes. The vehicle must be returned clean and in the same condition as when hired, or cleaning charges may apply.
Is insurance included?
Yes, comprehensive insurance is included for named drivers only during the hire period.
What is not covered by insurance?
Damage to tyres, windscreens, and personal belongings is not covered and is the hirer’s responsibility.
What happens in the event of damage or an accident?
You must report any damage or accident immediately. Costs not covered by insurance may be deducted from your security deposit.
Am I responsible for fines or offences?
Yes. You are responsible for any speeding fines, parking charges or other traffic offences.
Can I tow a trailer?
No, towing is not permitted.
Are there passenger limits?
Yes, you must not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity or weight limit of 3.5 tonnes.
What happens in case of breakdown?
Breakdown cover is included. You may authorise repairs up to £100; anything above this requires our approval.
What condition should the vehicle be returned in?
The vehicle must be returned clean, undamaged, and in the same condition as when collected.
What if I lose the keys?
A £300 replacement charge will apply, plus any recovery costs.
Do I need to check fluids during hire?
Yes, you are responsible for checking oil and water levels and using correct fluids.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs/pets may be allowed (subject to approval). A £20 charge per pet applies and the vehicle must be returned spotless.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited and may incur a £500 charge or loss of full deposit.
What happens if my vehicle becomes unavailable?
We will try to provide a similar replacement. If not possible, you will receive a full refund (excluding any external bookings you have made).
Do your vehicles have tracking?
Yes, all vehicles are fitted with tracking and monitoring systems.
Can I leave my own vehicle at your premises?
No, unfortunately we do not offer parking facilities for customer vehicles.
